I fully understand and agree that the software products that are / were introduced to me in the workshop session may be covered by various international patents, IPR laws, Proprietary licenses, licenses agreements, copyright laws by various national and international government and non-government organizations and I promise to adhere and obey their laws, rules regulations.
I agree to the terms that under no circumstances, no refund of the Workshop registration / participation fee can be claimed.
I agree and fully understand that under no circumstances workshop, repeat, exchange, change in venue, refund of registration / participation fee paid can be claimed for refund in case of absence, late entry to workshop venue, unsatisfactory understanding of the workshop contents, lost interest in workshop contents will be claimed by me.
I agree and fully understand that under no circumstances I will claim refund due unsatisfactory performance of the workshop or my inability to understand the contents of the workshop or workshop not being up to my expectations
I fully understand that this is only a guideline session on techniques to work from home / freelance and earn. The undertaker of the training session does not guarantee or promise any cash, money, guaranteed income which may be the outcome of this workshop.
I agree and understand that the workshop does not issue any course material, notes, online contents.
I understand and agree that the workshop contents are confidential and may not be discussed / duplicated / copied and distributed / redistributed.
I understand and agree that the knowledge gained during the training process of the workshop is for my personal use only, to develop my skills in earning from online work / freelance and will not share with others.
I agree and understand that I will not record (both video and audio) the proceeding of the workshop
I agree and understand that the undertaker of the workshop does not have any tie-up, MOU, collaborations, authorized service provider for / with any of the organizations / companies that may be discussed during the workshop.
I agree and understand that the undertaker of the workshop undertakers do not get any commission / support / incentives from any of the companies / organizations that may be discussed during the workshop.
My commitment with the undertaker of the workshop is limited / restricted to, from the morning 10AM of the day of the workshop and till the evening 5PM, till the workshop is concluded on the same day only and bound by the “Workshop terms and conditions” accepted by me. My commitment / connections with the undertaker of the workshop will be void and disconnected as soon as the workshop gets concluded on that day itself.
I agree and understand that there will not be any post workshop support or service from the undertaker of the workshop. The connection between the undertakers of the workshop and the myself (participant) ceases to exists, post workshop session.
I agree and understand that there no transport arrangements to the workshop venue will be made by the workshop undertakers.
I agree and understand that the lunch / tea / Coffee / Snacks provided are complimentary and will make my own arrangements for lunch / tea / coffee / snacks, if under any circumstances, it is not provided.
